Insurance

bwellbaby is a self-pay practice. However, if you are providing breastmilk (or that is your goal), your visit may be fully or partially covered by your insurance.  bwellbaby works with The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower Health to accept several health plans for lactation and feeding services.

  • If the mother or baby have: Aetna, All Savers, First Health, Meritain, Multiplan, NC State Health Plan, Oxford Health Plan, PNOA, Surest, Sutter Health, UMR, United Healthcare, VA CCN (veteran only) or Velocity, click here to verify your insurance.

A few things to note:

  • If you've already been approved through TLN with another provider (IBCLC), you'll need to re-enter your information using the bwellbaby-specific link above.

  • Please let us know if you've used TLN before — visit limits are per pregnancy, not per provider, so we want to make sure you get the most out of your benefits.

  • Home Visit Feefor those using insurance | starting at $60 | Home visits bring personalized, concierge-style care right to your door — no packing up the baby, no rushing out. This fee is not covered by insurance and is billed through our secure portal. We accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards.

If you have questions about this process, we’re happy to help guide you.
